EXPERIENCE IN ANNAPOLIS

My connection to Annapolis goes back well before AM Entertainment was serving the city as part of its regional service area. From 2015 through 2019, I performed regularly in the upstairs piano bar at Middleton Tavern, right on historic Market Space, and I still fill in there on occasion.

​

Those years meant performing regularly for Annapolis locals, visitors, private groups, and people coming into the city for a night out. That kind of recurring experience is very different from traveling into a market for a single event. I got to know the city, its audiences, and the kind of interactive entertainment that works in an Annapolis setting.

​

While our current service area extends well beyond Annapolis, that history gives AM Entertainment a genuine connection to the market. This isn't a city we've added simply because we're willing to travel there—we have actually spent years entertaining people in Annapolis.

AM Entertainment is based in Roanoke, but our performers and professional relationships extend far beyond Virginia.

​

The dueling piano community is a relatively small one, with a limited number of experienced performers working at a high level across the country. I've personally performed for several major national dueling piano companies, and AM Entertainment has relationships with many of the same freelance musicians those companies work with. We also have performers who work directly with AM Entertainment.

That gives us the ability to build the right team for an Annapolis event without being limited to whoever happens to live closest to the venue.

​

Our goal is to match the performers, musical specialties, and production approach to the event you're actually planning—not simply send whoever happens to be available.
