Since high school, I've spent countless hours studying Elton's playing and have invested heavily in recreating the distinctive piano tone that became his signature in live performance. Just as importantly, every note is performed live with no backing tracks, pre-recorded instruments, or band members to hide behind. The arrangements are played entirely on the piano, faithfully capturing the richness and excitement of Elton's full-band recordings through live musicianship alone.
